Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and authorization code.

  Package Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original designer box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to ensure it is unused, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
